The service agents were friendly enough. However, I took my 2018 Chevy Trax in within 30 day of purchasing it for a pull to the right and both passenger door locks not functioning properly. They refused to fix the door locks, and after performing an alignment, its still pulling. The paperwork even says that it was driven to confirm that it no longer pulls. Well as soon as I turned out of the parking lot, it was still pulling to the right. Im not impressed, nor will I go back to them with any issues with the vehicle.
We have had our vehicle serviced here for at least a year. It still had an extended warranty on it and we have had issues with the door and hatch locks since we have been bringing it to Reliable Chevrolet for service and had them look at the door and hatch malfunctions several times, and every time we leave, the issue has never been fixed. They were right there for you during the buying process, and "if you have any have any questions just call this number and I will be happy to answer them", good luck getting someone to answer that phone. I called 3 times and never talked to anyone. Also it took 3 weeks (21 days of my 30 days to pay taxes) before I got any paperwork at all on this car. The actual experrince wasn't so bad. But if you think they care about anything after you sign the dotted line and pay them then your mistaken. There was tint added before we looked at and whoever did it did a scrappy job bubble and like they didn't clean the window before applying the tint. We also had a miscommunication about finance and they didn't even call me back.
went in fpr.transmisson service and oil change told 2.5hrs. Then they came back with need air and cabin filter and alignment done. Told them to go ahead and do it since they had it. ended up being 5hr wait total. when I ask for.copy of alignment it was all green and ask why I needed one.

Oil change was fine. Technician did some diagnostic tests and disabled my VSC tracking on my vehicle. They denied that they caused this This happened once before at Midas on a routine oil change and tire rotation. I'll just pay the cost to get this corrected.

Technician was incompetent - simple procedure to change the battery and oil turned into an all day issue after the Tech caused an electrical arc damaging the vehicle, breaking the battery connector and damaging fuses. This is the second time this year that a technician at Reliable Chevrolet has damaged my vehicles
