Bad communication and did not look into the problem

First, fixed the problem & charged us about $2400, then on the way home same problem existed. We took it back promptly and then it took over 2 months to fix the car. Warranty paid for most of the second visit, but your company said different problem so wouldnt refund our first payment. Will NEVER go back to your place!

I bought a vehicle in June and waited 3 months to get a title and now Im waiting on another piece of paper so I can license the vehicle. Also, this shows they serviced the vehicle and it wasnt serviced there it was re-inspected.

I had an appointment. When I showed up they told me they took too many walk ins and they couldn't get me in at my appointment time. They did say it would be done by end of business day, but that is rediculous being it was just an oil change and I had an appointment. They should have placed me in front of all the walk ins otherwise there is no reason to waste my time making an appointment.
