Absolutely horrible place they claimed I needed a $1500 repair when there was nothing wrong with my car. I will never come back.

Our agent was courteous and treated us well. However, I spent almost 700.00 on the 60k mile checkup (which was quoted at 399.00 in my service book) and before I drove off the lot I discovered they had not even checked my tires. It made me wonder if all the other items had been completed properly. There were only 4 servicemen in the service bay and perhaps they were trying to catch up and push load through without giving attention to detail.

They sold me a certified used car along with 2 warranties. 2 days into me having the car the check engine light was on. They had my car for 2 weeks. They gave it back and the next day the check engine light was back on. They had it for 2 more weeks. One of the warranties that I bought was for blowouts on my tires. I had a blow out and they said it wasn't covered because they sold me a car with the tire tread too low. I did not take my new truck in for service on 8/8/24. I stopped at the dealership two weeks ago (on 8/5) to check on the status of the running boards that were part of the purchase price from two months earlier... and they had never even placed the order to get the running boards in stock!!!! It has been two weeks since that time and still no response/phone call to get them installed (2.5 months after taking delivery of the truck!!!!
