The sales staff, especially Jack, were awesome. Unfortunately, the finance department wasn’t as pleasant and unprofessional to deal with. When we were close to finalizing the deal, there were some hold-ups with the bank, and I was told I needed to put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. I was also told I could lose the vehicle if I didn’t put anything down. At that point, I was done. I did return later and finish everything once the bank situation was straightened out. I had a 10:30 appointment I was told it be 3 hours I was there at 10:15 am at 2:30 pm they were just taking my car in that’s 4 hours later so I had them bring my car back and left without any work being done and the last time I was the technician that worked on my car didn’t put back my wheel lock didn’t reset my oil life gage and didn’t reset the gages for my tire pressure so I will not be back there for any other work on my car and please don’t call me because you will not change my mind

I’ve made at least 5 messages/calls to get back in and fix my alignment . The first 2 visits they didn’t fix it and it pulls to the right now. The only reason I did it was because I bought new tires and the service rep. recommended it. Now it pulls, which it didn’t before i brought it in. spoke with one lady who said that the service department will call me and that was 2 weeks ago and still no response. Their service department didnt fix my car. And then laughed when I said I had a $37000 piece of crap. They also have my car back covered in dust and bird poop after having it for 9 days. When I talked to the service manager he said "it's not my responsibility to wash your car". I also asked 5 days ago for a call from the general manager and im still waiting for that. I do NOT recommend this dealership at all.

4 hours for an oil change is unacceptable With no communication with us until the 3 rd hour that we had to ask Why is it taking so long?

Did an oil change and bought new tires. Also did a 4 wheel alignment which is not right. My car keeps pulling to the right and I've taken it back a second time and it's the exact same thing, pulling to the right, left a message with Cory the service manager and waiting on his return call at this moment to see what he can do.
