Good salesmen but repair shop is no bueno! ! I rate the repair shop at 0
Benjamin was awesome. He explained everything and was a joy to deal with from the moment we walked in the building till we walked out. The problem is with management. I referred two other people that perched because I was promised a $100.00 bird dog fee. I never get the money and Benjamin tried repeatedly to get management to pay up!! I feel terrible for your sails staff!

At first I thought I was not eligiable for a vehicle. It also seems like I was given no choice of the type of vehicle I wanted. It was in the shop when it approved for me. I felt excited and I really did not think this through. The deal sounded sweet, and I signed everything, but I didn't test drove it. I was told that it will be delivered to me. We were warned about this dealership from several people but they had the vehicle we wanted so tried anyway. Vehicle was to come with a 12mo. 12k bumper to bumper warranty and the deal fell through because when my wife pulled down the drivers side sun visor it fell out of the roof as the bracket was broken. What good is a "Bumper to Bumper" warranty when you are unable to even take delivery of the vehicle without issues? How much does a sun visor cost? $36 is what we found. On 10-18-22 I went on cars. com looking for a 2023 c8 and found one listed at this dealership stock number 130083 with a MSRP of 79705.00. I went to the dealer web site and found the car. I clicked on the box todays price and filled out the required information. i received a detailed price quite on the vehicle. of 82693.00 which included approx. 2900. in dealer add on . They even figured the tax for here in Las Vegas and gave me a total price of 90212. When i called in they tried to add 20k to the price, I spoke with the man... read more

I paid a lot of money (over 2 thousand dollars) for poor quality of service. I have only been in New Mexico 41 days and my vehicle is still in the shop since September 23rd, 2022 and counting do to poor quality technicians as well as communication among the staff. Today is October 11th, 2022. The Lyft service that they provide is free and is extremely poor quality also (i.e. Long wait times, consistent changing of drivers, poor quality of vehicles and very unclean vehicles, etcetera). Was ready to buy a 2022 Chevy truck. Worked with Patricia (she was nice and did her job.) When it came to making a deal, I was going to trade in my 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road with 8200 miles. Mr Sanchez offered me 30 thousand. For this basically new vehicle. Saying this is what it was worth.. What a joke/slap on the face.. Carmax offered 36thousand at least.. The salesman (Tristiano) was great, he worked with me and answered all my questions. Once it got past them it wasn’t great. I have called several times and left voicemails about stuff they still owe me and have not received any response in over a week and a half. They are quick to ask for a review, but won’t assist me in gaining any of the emergency equipment they owe me, or answers to the warranty questions I have. No sense of urgency once they sell you the vehicle.

I was in the sales office negotiating the purchase of a Silverado 2500HD High Country. The salesman told be the price is the MSRP and that they are not jacking up the price like other dealers. I was willing to pay that amount. We agreed on a price for my trade in and when the sales manager came over to go over the numbers, it was higher than I expected.
