The buying process was high pressure and super scummy. The whole time they unapologetically went for the money I could give without a bit of concern for what I needed or wanted. They outright ignored it as a matter of fact. Very disappointing. I ended up with a car and deal that was okay at best. The service center is terrible as well. I buy extra. Not much to say. This dealership is like so many in this town. You just don't know if honesty is in play.
A totally disgusting experience. I had two different employees of this dealership make promises to me, weeks apart from each other. Serious promises. I was just told today they won’t keep their promises. My advice would be to NEVER trust any employee of this dealership. Get it in writing or don’t believe anything. Addendum to previous review. I purchased a 2020 Spark on Addendum to previous review. I purchased a 2020 Spark on Friday 6/12/20 after this dealership kept me waiting 6.5 hours. I went to the Reliable Chevrolet on Coors to purchase a new car. They kept me there 6.5 hours while they all played their games! I couldn't leave because I had no running vehicle. Reliable kept sending different employees to come pressure me into agreeing to their price/payment! Kept running off to "check with my manager" xxxxxxxx! NEVER, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH RELIABLE IF YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR. Please learn from my mistake.
Bad Service Experience. Last month I was looking at a Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss. I went in on a Thursday evening and explaind that my budget was $650 per month. The best that they could do was to get me at $692 per month. I thanked them for their time and left without a truck and no hard feelings. Typical dealer lies Memorial day sale on tv sayes they will get you approved no matter what your credit and said 125% of kbb for your trade..knowing my credit isnt great i decided to contact anyways..unfortunatly it went exactly how i knew..i live 180 miles away in another city and im a returning customer and my parents have purchase 2 vehicles...so i have to do most of the dealing before i waste my time driving 6hrs just to be told im not getting for my trade as advertised or even getting approved on a vehicle...long story ... read more
My experiences at Reliable Chevy has not been the best. It started when I traded in my Toyota for a diesel Colorado (2017 with <20,000 miles). After getting the truck I had a check engine light come on the first night, not a big deal I just took it in and they fixed it. I was also reassured that there were no recalls on the Colorado but that was also not correct (2 recalls needed to be addressed).
