Terrible. Everything involved in registering my new vehicle has been a complete nightmare. Everyone that helped me get the vehicle knew I was moving out of state a month after financing the vehicle. After moving, I found out they didn't scan my proof of residency correctly, and because I moved I no longer had that proof. So it was left up to me to track down the title, have it sent to my new state and pay new fees for that state. All while being told wrong information about how to get that done. Upon further review of service provide. Oil and oil filter were not changed. Oil is still black and now dripping from side of oil filter. Very sloppy work and still charged me full. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Will be taking it back to make them do it right.
I would never go to reliable to have any service work done or recommend any of my friends went there, and they wasted my time for seven hours after I drove an hour to get to their dealership.
My experience is really bad, insufficient treatment, insufficient way of resolving things, I am still waiting for a check for 700 dollars, which they do not pay me
Worsted place to buy a vehicles… everyone helpful when selling the vehicle, but once something wrong with it your out of luck.. over priced and not worth the time.. go somewhere else to do a big purchase they just want the money not the loyalty customs… no help at all once the sell is over… a lot of promises no fall through.. worsted experience ever stuck in a lemon they won’t get me out of.. none thing is wrong with it just reset the Computer and maybe it’ll go over 40mph… shouldn’t even be in business… Thanks for the junk…
Very poor customer service and no communication whatsoever from the customer service staff. I took my vehicle for the Zak Tek application and they said it would be two hours for the service. So after the two hours was up and still waiting for my truck, I asked them what was going on with my truck and was told they would find out. They hadn't even started yet and my truck was still sitting in the lot. Their excuse was that the company was a 3rd party company and that it was free! Alex did everything he could. We do feel that the dealership was not honest about our trade. First finance manager was bad. We would buy from Aex again.

Not very personable. Seemed real fake and played the game of a salesman. Few issues with the vehicle that weren’t major but took time to get it corrected, which it wasn’t fully corrected. Reached out to make another appointment and never heard back. Salesman was only concerned about getting his good review.
