service department said 5-7 days for just a dx when provided error code, car was there for 3 weeks for emission only

I was charged much more that the estimate I was given. I was also charged the diagnostic fee which I was told would be applied to the charge of repairs but was not.

The dealership did not have a part I scheduled service for and they failed to inform me before my appointment time. My visit felt like a waste of time. I spoke to 3 different people and they all had a different story about it. Very confusing and uncoordinated service and communication.

They advertise one price on their website but then sell it for higher. Typical car dealership where they hide things. Horrible communication and a very stressful experience. I would not buy from them again. We still haven’t received paperwork or an explanation on some things. Definitely feel like we got ripped off.

This dealership is one of the worst I've ever had the misfortune to deal with both in sales and service!!! First of all, we had none of the "Lease End" options we were told we would have. The few times we have used their service department have been nightmares from trying to reach anyone by phone to the actual scheduling of the appointment. All around worthless. They were dismissive, condescending and did not help me get my truck back and running at all. I will never refer anyone to reliable.
