Dealership has really gone downhill as far as service is concerned. They won't wash your vehicle after service unless you pay them $20 to do so. Also, after paying for my service, it took 20 minutes for someone to bring my vehicle around so that I could leave. I've been bringing my vehicles here for 16 years...but I think we are at the end of this relationship. The last year and a half has been disappointment after disappointment.

Left with vehicle NOT running. Paid over 1500 and was not given a support or discount after mentioning it.

Another and last bad service. Tire rotation didn't even adjust tire air pressure. Just sloppy work. Not to mention how bad there collision center is.

Still charging over MSRP. Through my search I found a few dealers that never price gouged during these shortages. I hope shoppers remember the dealers with integrity.

My only issue is the key. Reliable Chevrolet failed to give me the right key for the vehicle or reprogrammed the key fob before transported the vehicle to me.

I never took my vehicle to this dealership in December of 2022. There should be no reason for them to add history to my service record.

I've purchase 4 vehicles here. The first 3 sales were great. I was passed to a new salesman as a this time it was awful. They added things that I didn't ask for, didn't give me a copy of the paperwork and I found it they added over 5k in warranties when I picked up the paperwork at my revenue office. Then when I called them they said they'd get back to me and no one had. I will never buy another vehicle here. I recommend you run a fast as possible.. they're back to sheisty sales tactics!

I went to pick up the vehicle and the door handle was broken. It worked fine when I left it. They said it would be $400 to replace it but would not do anything about the fact they broke it. Very poor service.

I took my truck in for service. I was told my truck was repaired and ready. I barely got out of the parking lot before the problem that I took the truck in for reappeared. I immediately went back and was told that they now thought the transmission was the problem. They said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 months before they could even look at it and I would have to leave my vehicle sitting on their lot or lose my place in line. I took my vehicle to another dealership and the actual problem was found.
