Has vehicle I purchased for a week. Picked it up and 2 days later check engine light was on. Took it in and sat in service department lobby for 3 hours before they decided it needed to go to another dealership and they gave me a loaner vehicle that did not fit my needs with only a quarter tank of gas to travel over 56 miles. Last and only vehicle I purchase from this dealership.

I brought my truck in early Friday morning because it was misfiring which I knew it was the coil pack. It took them two days to diagnose, and another day to fix. Because my service representative was off on Saturday the other Representatives it was not important to them. I could have taken it to Pep Boys and got better service. I brought my first truck in 2015 and the service was great, but since I brought my second truck which is a 2018 the service has really went downhill.

Has not been well. Constantly asking for updates on a vehicle we signed for almost 2 weeks ago and still no car. Financed 4k over asking price so not feeling like we are getting good service. Most likely will be walking away from this dealership quickly!

Made an appointment and took the car in and explained the issue. Was told they could not even look at it, even though I made an appointment. Two day later the transmission failed and had to have it towed in. After a week of waiting on a diagnostic we chose to take it elsewhere due to cost of the repair. Needless to say my experience was not positive.

I brought my 2015 Suburban in due to a loud fan sound. I was told multiple things were wrong due to diagnostic testing. I chose to only fix the actual problem, the thermostat needed replacing. I was charged $1300 for the job. I went to my trusted mechanic later that week and was told they would have only charged $475. "Looking at the invoice they only diagnosed and replaced the thermostat housing. If we did this job it would run around $475 with diagnosis. I did not have this vehicle serviced at Reliable Chevrolet on this date. From what I understand, when I was mailed an unsolicited oil filter for my vehicle, the service department documented that as me brining my vehicle back in for service. Didn't happen. They sent me an oil filter and a nice coupon for an oil change, however, I haven't had this vehicle serviced at Reliable Chevrolet in over year. It took a whole week to diagnose a computer issue. No loaner car was provided or even available. No repairs were needed. No communication regarding the progress unless I called repeatedly.
