They are your typical salesmen...they lie! Bought many cars over the years, I know when I'm lied to.

I paid over $900 to have an engine light fixed for 2 codes, they took a long time getting back it to me and It was hard to get ahold My service advisor. I was told it was ready to pick up, but my service advisor didn't specify on the paperwork that it was ready and he wasn't there at the moment, so I had to wait for manager to call him to find out, and then he signed off on it. Left truck for repairs, injector was replaced, didn't make it home before it began running worse than before. Brought it back in again, no loaner available and truck has been there for a week now.....

The COMPLETE overall service/experience was NOT up to par at All!! I am Super disappointed at the overall experience!! NOT at all like them in ALL the years we have had service with them!! VERY UNHAPPY!!

Honestly disappointed in the service. Had standard service done including a tire rotation. The following evening I found 2 of the 5 lug nuts on the same tire held on by the very last thread. Fortunately no damage done but could of easily not been so lucky.

They tell you 1 hour for oil change and 3.5 hours later they are finished. They also found $3,000 more in recommendations for repair.

Worse experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Broke down within days of purchase and dealership refuses to do anything to help.
