The oil change, etc was fine. However, they were supposed to repair a scratch on the roof near the rear door and doesn't look like anything was done to that. Or maybe you weren't told about that scratch?

I use this location due to convenience but after the last couple visits I will start going to my original dealership. The service department is not very welcoming nor when you call in they have someone who is so put out by his job & seems to be ok with you repeating yourself because he chooses not to speak clearly but mumbled. They are always pushing a service not truly needed & that gets old. As for the cashier girls they don't make an effort to be csr friendly & communication not their strong skill. Hmmm, oil change and breaks? Well the oil life meter shows 11% as if not changed. The breaks squill and pulse as if never changed or replace. Not happy at all. Just bought this from them. Oh and detailing people couldn't clean anything.

I was not very pleased with the service that was provided. I didn't feel like my business was wanted and left feeling like everything was a chore. I had a steering rack replaced. After the replacement was done, I noticed a vibration in my car when I accelerate, as if something was not tightened. That vibration was not there when I took it in. I don't even want to go back to get it looked at.

Reliable Chevrolet service department is the worst in the whole entire world. They are a bunch of liars. It takes six hours for an oil change.

Horrible I have taken my vehicle in at least 3 times concerning engine problems and the vehicle still isn't working properly. Every time I go to pick the vehicle up the same problem continues
