A positive, quick and no hassel experience. Have bought several cars over the last few years and this is a professional operation. The salesman was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and never pushy. Felt like he would have spent all day working with me if needed. Stayed with me during the wait for finance and made sure I was taken care of. I have to leave for a military deployment in ten days and my wife had been nagging me about getting a vehicle with four wheel drive for the upcoming winter. I ran into Dewey completely by accident at the local Barnes and Noble and as we struck up a conversation I learned that he sold cars at Reliable Imports. Tim is the best car salesman I've ever come across. He has an almost unbelievable wealth of knowledge, not only about cars, but about all the other dealings with the sale and financing of a vehicle. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and was able to answer all my questions. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, ask for Tim. I'm so happy with my new car!

We had been researching a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Turbo Sport 3-5 months prior to their availability. I always take my Mazda to Reliable Imports to be serviced. I appreciate the personal attention that especially Jason Gaddy gives, but all employees in the Mazda service department are professional and helpful. I rated a 4 out of 5 for price because the oil changes are a bit more expensive here than at the chain stores, but the personal overall care they give to my car is worth the extra price to me. I think price for major work is comparable to other dealerships/service shops.
