Sales man Greg was great! Finance was ok I would buy another car from Greg but I think I would finance through somewhere else. I am not happy with in order to get your interest rate down you have to buy something.. Absolutely Rediculous!
High pressure The finance department was time share style pressure to buy an extended service plan. Did not care for it our dealer was great rest of process took way too long
None This aggravates me that you are making me leave a review. Usually I don't and thought why not. Then I get to this and is making me do this. I would think about taking this part and not make it a requirement

Buying a use car Test drove a 2016 Hyundai on 12/30/16 at about 4:30pm. Enjoyed the car and like the price. Me and my wife sat down with the sales rep and talked about trying to buy it. I wanted to see if my wife could buy it under her credit at first. The numbers came back with a high APR. and they ask her to sign some documents in order to see the final numbers stating we agreeed to those terms. We said no expecting to put myself on the loan. Got a good deal but it took forever on the paperwork Was given a good deal but the overall time of getting paperwork done and going from one place to another was overkill for buying an auto. People don't like being at a dealership for hours.
Convenient Memory Loss During negotiating we asked for specific tires and were told they were not in the tire business. Later during the tour of the Service Department we saw that they were in the tire business.
J & G Shorten the overall time to complete the transactions, felt ours was entirely too long. We spend the whole day there and was worn out by the time we left.
Pushy The man in the back would not stop trying to sell us an extended warranty. Then someone else hit my credit 6xs!!! Came in and told us how he got our interest rate down . Then he said we could have free oil changes for 9$ a month . Then come to find out they slipped that extended warranty in on us!! The salesman was the best!!! If it wasn't for Travis we would have left and went to another dealer
