Went to have oil change at just short of 17,855 miles on my 2020 Hyundai Tuscon, which is supposed to be included but i was charged $37.95. They told me at 12K miles I was supposed to change fuel filter but that was never mentioned any other time I had an oil change. I purchased an extra warranty to cover the electronics in the car. The USB for the android auto has a short so it works then cuts out. I have a brand new Google Pixel 6 and the cord they gave me when I purchased the car. I purchased a 2018 Optima at the dealership this spring. Within a week of owning it began missing. sputtering etc. The car uses oil which when purchased the tail pipe was clean, and they stated a good car. It uses 3/4 quart of oil per 1000 miles driven. Synthetic 5w20 . Not acceptable . When purchases was promised 2nd key told it only had one when they got it. Lie. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by ANY dealership. I am a CASH buyer. The process should have taken 1 hour at the most, but instead I was harassed into financing part - which I'll pay off with the first bill - and brow-beat while they tried to talk me into an extended warranty. The finance manager didn't like my emphatic NO answer and huffed out of the room. I had already signed the agreement, or I would have walked out without a purchase.

Misrepresented the MPP maintenance program Their finance guy at Reliable Hyundai, Darrell Biri, talked me into buying a MPP maintenance plan when I bought my car there by telling me in writing the plan would last for 5 full years and cover all oil and filter changes, as well as tire rotations and a wealth of other things. He did not tell me it was only good for a maximum of 60,000 miles. In less than 3 years, it is now expiring and the person who called me wanted $3,500.00 to extend it. Worst experience out of my 40+ car purchases. Worst car buying experience so far! Know what you are getting yourself in before you do any business with this dealership. This dealership is owned by Berkshire Hathaway, and so is their warranty company, so this place is used solely to push their protection plans down your throat. Don't waste your time or money here! Drove 100 miles to look at a used truck yesterday, truck was close to the condition as described, but not exactly. Test, drove and liked the truck, had them appraise my truck, which I felt was a bit low, but which dealership isn't. I wanted a ballpark on payments, and told them my credit will be over a 750, they said they couldn't, just gave a general rate to base it off of 7.99%. Terrific Product Pathetic Tactics It's a shame the sales rep gets slapped for what the F&I Dept. failed to do respectfully. Management ultimately should reflect an ethical standard that should be evident in every department...

Finance was a hassle The sales man was fabulous and everyone else ,except the person in finance. He is the reason for not recommending this dealership. He gave a really high percentage rate with me having a great credit rating. He was pushing an extended warranty hard with us saying no several times. I feel this was the reason for the 5.73 percent rate. I had to go a week later and refinance somewhere else. First time time buying from them and was disappointed I got treated this way on a new SUV.
