good It wasn't too bad. However, I believe that 6 hours at the dealership was too long. I also think that while discussing financing, the supervisor was kind of rude when he told us that "There are plenty of other people looking at this vehicle, so you can take it or go to you're bank and bring back cash. I have worked in sales for years. That is not the way to make a sale. To be honest, it was the finance representative that sold us on the vehicle. He went over everything & explained the things that we did not understand.
? too much electronic devices, paddle things on the steering wheel gets in the way all the time. don;t like it. car looks nice, don;t like the wheels much, drivers seat is not very comfortable.
Not truthful called on June 1 2016 about a car from there website was informed by Tiffany Groves it was just received and in service and was not available yet, to try come in tomorrow morning it maybe out of service so I drove to there dealership and set down with a salesman who said he would check on it ,guess what it was sold last night . I would go to this dealership if they gave me a car if you start out wasting your customers time and lie to them not someone I ever want to do business with
Be careful driving into sales and service area Dearship needs to find another location to maintain trailers and motor homes--- parking area always congested and dangerous to navigate- I do like the carwash this being a definite plus for us because we drive 60 miles to trade with you. you should have a dealership in branson MO

Really bad experience Make sure you get your research done. Before buying from this dealership. Their job is to make money off of you, not save you money. I was going to walk out with a 10.49% interest rate till I called my bank, they gave me impression they didn't want me to do that by telling me that I had to go into finance. Soon as I called my bank, they offered me 4.09% then they matched that interest rate. Whole experience from beginning to end was really bad.
Completely Dishonest!!! First of all they gave me a guarantee of $2,000 for my trade-in. This was sight unseen. After I made the 1.5 hour drive to the lot, they inspected my trade-in and decided that they would only give me $1,000 for it. Aside from this, they also concealed some cosmetic defects on the car I was looking to purchase. We ended up purchasing the vehicle. After buying a vehicle that has obvious previous water damage at one of the engine components I took this car back to see if they would honor the 100,000 mile 10 year power train warranty that came with the car. They were insistent that internal engine components that aren't exposed to water rust naturally though never exposed to water. THIS PLACE NEITHER HONORS THE WARRANTY THAT THEY GIVE YOU, NOR ARE THEY HONEST PEOPLE. If you buy a vehicle from this company you will regret it.
LIARS!! I have sooooo much to say but too pissed to say it right now! Quick comment- car is less than 2 months old. Bought car from Fletcher in Joplin. LOVE FLETCHER!!! GO TO FLETCHER!! The battery was bad, took it to reliable, they installed a OLD battery that was much smaller than the original and didnt tell us.
