I have seen Ali many times for acupuncture and she is awesome! I was skeptical the first time my wife suggested trying an acupuncture session. I went through a long bout of physical illness a while back and I was willing to try anything to feel better, even for an hour. I had really bad vertigo and nausea almost to the point I couldn't leave my house for months. Was in the area for the Holidays and saw how amazing of reviews this little joint had. Booked a couples for my man and I and an AWESOME price and received one of the best massages Iv ever had. Great pressure and had great knowledge of the muscles. We feel amazing! Ask for Ali and Julia!

Ali is amazing! By far one of the best massages I've ever had. She was very thorough and worked out all my tight spots using the right pressure. I felt so great walking out of there and I've been back twice since. Thanks Ali!

I just had one of the best massages I've received in Denver! Kris found every tight muscle and sore spot I had and was very thorough with her massage. The space was clean and all of the ladies I interacted with were friendly. The massage was definitely worth 5 stars, and the only reason I dropped it a star was that my 75 minute massage didn't actually begin until 11:30, but she stopped the massage a 12:38 instead of 12:45. Christa was SOOOOO GOOD! I wanted a Thai massage but all the Thai places were booked and I came across Renew Massage. I asked if she could do a deep tissue with some Thai influences and stretching and she NAILED IT! It was one of the best massages I've had, and I used to date a massage therapist so I know a lot of technicalities. One critique, her nails could have been a little shorter but they weren't terrible. Overall 5 stars! I feel wonderful.

I'm so glad I discovered this place! Renew massage is top notch, through and through. I've seen both Ali & Julz, and both were EXCELLENT! I was in **excruciating** back pain, all of it muscular, from working long hours at a laptop and living on an airplane. These ladies have done wonders, and I'm making Renew a part of my routine.
