I was in Denver on business and in dire need of a massage. I lucked into finding this place on Yelp and it's as good as the ratings indicate. I had Julz who was beyond wonderful. Such a relaxing and much-needed massage!

The best massage I have had in Denver. Did a couples massage and both of us were extremely happy. I had Kris, who asked what problems I had been having then catered the massage to help with those problems better than anyone I have had before. Highly recommend!

Discovered Renew Massage Studio on (wait for it...............) YELP! :) Amazing reviews, seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. I had a horrible knot in my upper back for weeks and knew I needed to see someone for a deep tissue. I emailed Renew and told them what I was looking for and the receptionist called me a few hours later to make an appointment. Stop searching and start booking - this place is the best! Julz is a magician that takes away all of my aches and pains, even longterm. Better yet, they are professional and feel like a real small business, where the staff is happy to see you and welcoming. I have also seen Jamaica, and she did an exceptional job as well. They regularly run gift card specials and have referral bonuses, so be sure to ask about them! 45 minutes here will do wonders for your health and relaxation.

Excellent massage! Professional, clean and calm atmosphere. They fit us same day appointments. I ordered gift certificate for my daughter and her boyfriend. Highly recommend Renew!

This review is long overdue! After a cross country road trip, my body was so stiff and sore. Before heading back home, my last stop was in Denver. I'm so happy I found Renew. My experience with Ali was outstanding. She provided a calm and healing space for me to feel relaxed. It was my first time trying cupping and it definitely won't be my last. I have seen Ali many times for acupuncture and she is awesome! I was skeptical the first time my wife suggested trying an acupuncture session. I went through a long bout of physical illness a while back and I was willing to try anything to feel better, even for an hour.
