Emily K. is absolutely wonderful! I've seen her a few times for a massage, and I always leave feeling so much better than I did when I got there. She has a calm presence, which is perfect for when you want to just take some time to relax, and she always does an amazing job. I highly recommend seeing her if you're able to!

I had a Rolfing session with Emily K. and it did not disappoint! I have a lot of low back, hip, and knee pain and try and do a lot of things to manage my issues. I have been curious but nervous to try rolfing and Emily really listened to my concerns and issues and really set out to address the root cause of my pain and dysfunction. I've had years of chiropractic care for an old injury and no amount of chiropractic care ever made me feel as great as Rolfing with Emily K. Not only does she have the perfect touch but she's informative and truly cares about you as a client!

Such talented professionals at Renew! I have only had wonderful massages in a mellow ambiance. In particular, I receive Hot Stone massages from Marissa, who is amazing. She checks in with me, remembers my preferences, tries new ideas based on our conversations, and simply has excellent technique. On the admin side, booking and follow-up is easy and I appreciate the discount packages.

Seeing Emily K for Rolfing was one of the best things I've ever done. I've seen her 4 times now and every time is different - and so great. She takes time to learn how I'm feeling and try new things to improve my back pain. I've been dealing with an injury since 2014 and her help is so custom to me & how I'm feeling each day. Plus she's a delight to spend time with. So happy I found her!

I had two prenatal massages with both Maura and Rheannon and let me tell you, THIS IS THE PLACE !!! I was in so much back pain during my pregnancy and had had several massages at other places and every time I left I felt exactly the same as before I had went . My massages at Renew was literally the first time I felt noticeable pain relief from a prenatal massage . Not to mention the girls have amazing personalities . I have trigger points all up and down my shoulder blade area from years of bad posture and computer use. Since moving to Denver last year, I've seen RheAnnon at Renew Massage to continue my massage care. We worked together to figure out the best strategy for relieving pain and tightness, which now includes her massages plus some additional PT that I'm receiving from my doc. My range of motion has improved considerably thanks to her work, thoughtfulness and recommendations. Plus she is a lovely person and totally rad!
