I had two prenatal massages with both Maura and Rheannon and let me tell you, THIS IS THE PLACE !!! I was in so much back pain during my pregnancy and had had several massages at other places and every time I left I felt exactly the same as before I had went . I have trigger points all up and down my shoulder blade area from years of bad posture and computer use. Since moving to Denver last year, I've seen RheAnnon at Renew Massage to continue my massage care. We worked together to figure out the best strategy for relieving pain and tightness, which now includes her massages plus some additional PT that I'm receiving from my doc. My range of motion has improved considerably thanks to her work, thoughtfulness and recommendations. Plus she is a lovely person and totally rad!

Rheannon has done such amazing work from me. She truly is a master of her craft. Great communication skills, she works with you to find what needs the most work and how to best accomplish that. Additionally her music selection is top notch!

Nice staff and competent but did not address my concerns. I don't have the knowledge to identify which exact muscle or what exact place was causing me pain. As a result, the masseuse worked on the wrong places. She did good work on odd, but effective, sore spots. This was deep tissue massage.

I always use Yelp and it has found me another great spot!! After 6 days of golf in the mountains I needed a massage. Had an awesome massage from Julianna!!! All the knots and tight muscles disappeared. This girl knows what she is doing and I will be back....I highly recommend her!!!

I recently saw one of those "best things to do in Denver" lists and was amazed to find a massage studio listed: renew. That never happens. It turns out I really needed some help, so i fugured I'd give them a try. As a bit of background, In 2015 I had a terrible car accident with lasting impacts on my shoulder and back. I just had a 60 min integrated massage/ cranial sacral session with Maura. She worked on my problem areas, hip and lower back; about 30 minutes of cranial sacral work. This is something new to me. I would personally describe it as energy work. My hip feels great and I am the most relaxed that I have been (naturally ) in recent memory.
