I was visiting from New York and needed a massage for tight shoulders and back. Found this place, and Andrew was my massage therapist. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. I left feeling like my back had been stretched, and the kinks ironed it. Wonderful. Can't recommend this place enough. Plus the massage bed is heated. Heaven.
This is now my go to place for massage, having been a regular at another studio that was much closer to home but not as good as this one. I've had excellent deep tissue, full body massages here from Kris and Juliana. Their technique, responsiveness, and strength are top notch. My partner regularly sees Andrew too and swears by his work.
Don't let the outside fool you--the interior is beautiful! Several very tasteful and peaceful rooms. Good white noise and ambiance so no outside noise. Online booking is clutch. My fiance and I both went and had separate therapists who both did slow and strong work that we asked for.
Wow! What an amazing message. Kris is incredible at what she does. She was able to get a kink out of my neck with just two massages that has been there for almost a year. It is the best massage I've ever had and I'm picky at messages. Anyway, go see Kris!
I love this place! Great location near Wash park and the office is very clean and tranquil. I have had massages from 3 of the therapists and they were all amazing. The last 3 times I had Cher. She is so sweet and really knows what she is doing. Great pressure and technique. Not only did I feel so much better after, she also showed me some stretches I could do on my own to help release my shoulder muscles. Thanks Renew, you guys rock!
Rachel is honestly the best massage therapist i've ever been to, and i've seen a ton of them - I used to get 2 sports therapy massages a week, and Rachel does what they accomplished for me with less pain and in a more comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend her!
Suffering from some sports related shoulder and back tightness. Andrew expertly identified the problem areas and patiently worked out the knots and fascia during a 90minute massage. He offered advice for self treatment (foam rolling techniques) and went the extra mile (a few minutes longer) to ensure the release of an especially right shoulder. I will be returning regularly! Happy customer!

I had a massage from Julianna and loved it! She listened to what I wanted and reacted to how my body responded. One of those feel good kind of pains that felt amazing! I will go back to her! Very relaxing atmosphere and great customer service!
