Very professional team on our window project! They all took care to keep our house pristine and do the job as quickly as possible. Much appreciated.
Uriel and John H. did a good job on the installation. There was a broken solar light and John left the water from the hose on and the gate open when he left. I was glad that I found it because I have a dog and also would have had a large water bill. I normally do not go to that side of the house. The door hardware was backwards but this was not a big deal and will be remedied. All in all it was a good job.
Team was punctual, professional and responsive. The install went perfectly and looks fantastic. The product itself is wonderful.
I cannot express how pleased I am with my new Renewal by Andersen windows. I was a tad nervous about the process of installing windows in winter but were those concerns ever groundless! Ismael and Chino arrived on time in the morning. They taped off the inside of the window areas and laid drop cloths. We used Renewal by Andersen for the project. The installation team of Terry, Josh, Vasyl and David showed up on time and completed the project in one day with no issues. Even though the day was the worst ever with heavy rain and gusty winds the project went off without a hitch. We recently had all the windows in our home replaced by Renewal by Andersen. The installers, Boris, Nick, and Kostya were professional, thorough, and courteous. The installation process was seamless throughout. In addition, the crew cleaned up after the job was completed.
No mistake, these windows are expensive, but you get more than you pay for! We had 11 windows installed in our 100 year old "house that jack built" house that we just purchased. One wall had to be completely rebuild as they expanded the current window, and eliminated a "Witch's Window" that had leaked, causing rot. The install crew Adam and Terry were very efficient and courteous, they replaced our patio french doors in about 4 hours. They did top-notch work and we are very happy with the results.
