I had a great experience today getting my new windows installed by Uriel and John H.(a very cool Bears fan too)! They arrived on time, went into all the rooms to make sure measurements etc. then they laid down plastic and put on booties to keep my home clean. They worked quickly and were very polite and professional. They were done so much earlier than I thought they'd be and cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Monday December 31 Renewal by Andersen came to our house to replace 8 outdated and worn windows. The crew arrived on time, set up rather quickly, got the old windows out and then replaced with new windows. They were super quick, did a great job and if I wasn't home to see them work I wouldn't have been able to tell they were there at all, aside from the new windows. We have been slowly replacing our old aluminum frame windows with Renewal by Anderson over the past 4 years. Each and every time the process has been worry free and the entire team from sales, project management and install team is above expectations. We recently had a few more windows installed in December. Uriel and John H were AMAZING and did a FANTASTIC job (although, I did expect they would). We replaced six windows and the guys were able to install them all in one day. They were courteous and considerate and protected our property during the process leaving the site clean and hauling the old windows away at the end. Our installers showed us how to operate the new window features and explained the benefits of the insulation process. The new windows are beautiful and the ease of function plus the weather insulation improvements are a good investment.
I recently had all the windows in my home replaced by Renewal by Anderson. Joe, Ross K., and Igor stayed late into the evening to finish my windows during a December rain and wind storm that would have had most men closing up and heading home. Everything was great from start to finish. Our salesman Sean was a very personable and helpful guy - the gentleman that came out and measured was very respectful of our home as were Julian, JJ and Irving the installers.
