Very pleased with the results. The install crew were all hard working, had good communication, were polite and conscientious with the work site.
It went very well. Sales staff were professional and courteous. Crew was punctual, fast and did a fantastic job. My only complaint was that they were tossing material down in the demo phase and my 12 year old had to go to school and almost got hit in the head. In the future, a little communication to say: don't walk outside for the next 20 min or something. I LOVE my new windows! Expensive but well worth it. It is an investment in the home.
We are very pleased with the professional services provided by Juan, Anthony, and Jose. They were prompt and a stellar team. Our garage floor was cleaner than when they arrived. Provided a safe work space when my husband needed to walk around with his walker. We enjoy our warmer house and wonderful windows.
A rep came to our home after the initial contact. He walked us through the process, described the windows and showed us examples and reviews. We were impressed and decided to go ahead with the project. A separate person came to measure our windows exactly. We set a date for the replacement. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and had house guests during that date and had to reschedule at the last minute. They came out and did their presentation which I thought was to long. They answered all my questions, they knew the products and gave me all the information. They were fine. They did good at showing up and being professional.
Other sales people have come to us in the past with quotes over $20,000 to replace our windows and patio doors, which put doing the job out of reach. We had to replace them once two began to crack, so I checked Angies List this time, focusing on Reputation and the Reviews as confirmation that it's a safe bet with such an immensely important project. It took a while to get the windows after placing the order - because I had a couple special order windows. But the windows were worth the wait. great quality and nice to look at.
Our master installer Ismael Farias and team of Chino Farias and Maicko Farias were absolutely great to work with and demonstrated high work ethic and team work. Any question I asked, was professionally answered. Team showed up on time both days and left with absolutely no sign they even had been their.
