OK, it's only Day One, so I'll revisit this review if things change, but so far I am very happy with my new Andersen windows! Terry & Josh showed up this morning exactly when they said they would, did a walk-around with me to discuss how the job would unfold, asked if I had any questions and gave me an estimate regarding when they thought they'd be done. These installers, Juan and Anthony, came to replace all of west facing windows. They were on time, very professional and did a beautiful job. Kudos to these folks.
On May 18, 2018 I had 7 windows in my kitchen replaced by workmen Boris, Nick B, and Vitoliy. Wonderful windows. Great installers. Everything went very smoothly and turned out beautiful. I am very pleased. I would highly recommend this company. Five stars.
We are very happy with Renewal by Andersen. They replaced two patio doors, did an excellent job. They did it in one day, after driving down to Eugene from Portland, OR. Very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend them for your glass needs. The installer is W1.

Our new windows are absolutely wonderful. We have been impressed by the entire process. Jake Peterson arrived first and helped us choose replacement windows which would maintain the character of our 1930's home. Greg Alagoz arrived next to measure and determine the specs. Professional crew. Boris, Nick B., and Kostya were very efficient and knowledgeable. Completed a two-day job of replacing three windows and a patio door in one day. Installation looks great! Cleaned up really well at the end of the job. Love the windows and highly recommend this installation crew.
