My experience with Renewal by Anderson has been a wonderful from start to finish. Alexander came out to look at my house and do an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me while I changed my mind a few times. He is truly passionate at what he does. Fast forward. Windows are made and in, appt made to install. I had my windows installed in April. The installation went smoothly and comfortably with the professional installers Mike and Sergey. They walked me around the finished windows and completely cleaned up at the conclusion of the job. Having all of the windows in my house replaced was a big decision. I had chosen a perfect color for the windows and then a month into the process was informed my perfect color was no longer available. This was difficult for me. We just had all of our windows and a patio door replaced by Andersen. Well actually by Terry, Josh, and Adam. We absolutely love our new windows and door. They are so pretty with our trim color. We had a very satisfying experience regarding their craftsmanship, their prompt service and their accommodation of our requests. The Renewal install team was as much of a pleasure to work with as the salesperson Tony Butler. Uriel, and John H. worked quickly and effectively and even helped with a few other projects around the house. They proved to be competent, friendly, and efficient. After the install they walked the house with me to verify I was happy with the install from top to bottom. Very satisfied.
We just had 20 windows and a slider patio door installed by Uriel, John H, Antony & Jose - not only did they do a spectacular job in installing and cleaning up after themselves, but they were professional and friendly and were a pleasure to be around.
