Great windows, exceptional quality and appearance. The crew, Juan and Anthony were , hard working professional installers. Already feel the difference in warmth and quite rooms. The new patio door is Exceptional ! Great job on clean up.
Meeting started out well, then things went south when the hard sell sales tactics kicked in. Salesman knew his stuff and was able to answer all of our questions. The quality of the windows and the price were good. We did not appreciate feeling pressured into making a decision at that very moment. Experience reminded us of shopping for a car.
I love my new windows. Brandon and Mic were efficient and kind installers (my neighbor needed them to move one of their trucks and they were really nice about it and moved it right away for her, which I appreciated). I am loving my windows and happy I invested in such nice ones.
It went very well! This is the second time we've attempted to leave a review on Angie's List -- I don't know why the first attempt failed.....In any case, the work was done about 2 years ago and in extremely trying conditions: it was December and stormy and cold, but the two fellows persevered and did a professional job in very good humor and without complaint. If we have occasion to use Renewal by Andersen again, we will be very happy to have their help again.
It went very well, all the individuals involved from sales to measurement, installation and appointment making were are very professionally done. Installation was completed in one day, with 3 installers - Ishmael, Adolfo, and Jose. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, took great care to not allow dust into the house, and cleaned up when finished. And washed the new windows before leaving!
Excellent. The clew, Juan, Anthony, and John worked very efficiently and carefully, displaying obvious expertise in window installation. They attended to every concern and answered every question that we had about the installation. They did careful prep work inside and outside, and cleaned-up at the end of each day of the project. We would highly recommend this team to our friends.
The first ones went quickly and smoothly. Then they found serious water damage in the structure when they took a couple of the old windows out. They puts the old windows back in place and did a temporary seal against the winter elements while we contacted out carpenter to repair the damage. The y waited patiently while the carpenter fit us in and we suffered weather delays. As soon as we were done, they came and finished up.
