We had new windows installed in our house last week, just before the 100 degree weather hit in Portland. What a huge difference! The temperature used to climb and fall like crazy and now it really has evened out. We have a house built in 1900 and the look of these windows really kept with the charm of the originals. The crew of Brandon, Mic, and Bryan were professional and did amazing work. We were well taken care of the entire process.
RecommendedThis was a big purchase for us and we were a bit nervous about replacing every window in our 1970's 3-story townhouse. Once the salesperson came out, we measured and talked about what we wanted and he made some great suggestions. About a month later our custom windows arrived and they scheduled the installation over two days. The 3 person install crew was amazing. RecommendedA friend posted a note about the weather and travel notes, I responded with a note that we were getting some flakes out here in Damascus. Then I added the following - Our window guys are here today, the last window is going to be done today!! And it is a picture window in the living room, about 9 feet wide by 6 feet high. The sell person was so pushy. He told us that he can’t change just in window because is connected with other two windows. That’s a big LIE. And we felt really pushy to buy another 2 windows so we can replace 1 window. Anyway when the workers came(nice people) they ask me why i decide to replace the whole 3 windows instead of just the one with problem and I said that the sell person push me into this and they just got very surprize.
