Although I think the windows are great and they have the lifetime warranty. I signed my credit application on 8/10/21, to which the bank approved and promptly put a lien on my home for the windows. Now I sit here 2 months later, have this loan on my credit, a lien on my home and no windows to show for it until January 2022. Now I get that they make them to order and all, but the loan is only good for 120 days which puts it December 2021 and in default after that. Again, for windows I do not have. They are liars, incompetent, do not respond to complaints. Horrible customer service. i do not recommend at all. incredibly sorry I ever dealt with them, their so called wonderful windows also leak lots of cold air. arrrgghhh
I don’t know what kind of scam company this is but I would suggest avoiding them like the plague. I have never done any business with them and yet they feel the need to fill my inbox with spam email. Sometimes upwards of 5 emails a day. So, you do the math; if I never gave them my contact info and this is their business model then imagine what would happen if you did.
Incredibly high price and when my dad had 3 windows fail within 5 years they were impossible to deal with. On the phone for hours and they couldn’t figure out what windows they were even after reading and taking pictures of every number and letter on the glass. The quote I got for 4 windows and a slider started at $20k, then $18k, then $16k was final price. They are all about getting your money and then no follow through. They collected $30,000 from us the end of June first part of July and it is nearly November and the windows are still not done! We are talking about 4 windows not a huge project! They made mistakes which delayed this project. Which I can forgive, we are all human. But I have made phone call after phone call to multiple people and not once has any one called back to communicate the status of our project. Had Anderson install Windows. Love the windows, guys were nice. However I have had a few issues. Had someone come by to discuss the issues. Been 2 months & no word from a manager.

I’ve opted out of the email crap at least a dozen times and I STILL keep getting spam from them. Because of this alone I would NEVER give them business. I’d rather put up plywood over a window than have them do something for free!! STOP SENDING ME EMAIL!!

I could easily have gotten windows from Lowe’s or Home Depot for half the price but I love the windows themselves. It’s been several months and they have still not come back to finish trimming them properly and making them look like the expensive windows they are.
