Renewal by Andersen did a wonderful and highly professional job of assessing the situation, checking for dry rot and repairing the problem. I was extremely happy with the work. Following the completion of the work, they even sent me a refund of $50 because they had charged more than the original bid. I high recommend their work. <br />

It was a very positive experience. They gave me a good price, showed up when they said they would, and I was happy with the services overall. It’s been about a year and we’re still so happy that we replaced the windows and door!
The salesperson we worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful during our purchase process. He met with us in their showroom on NW Cornell and answered our questions. The salesperson communicated with the project scheduler and we were informed as promised about when our windows would be installed. The installation crew (2 men) arrived at the scheduled time and were extremely efficient at removing the old units, cleaning up debris and installing the new units. They were very professional and very nice. Their quote was about two times that of the others. They did have a financing program too. They were very high priced. The price was pretty crazy. Initially their quote $11000.00 and I talked them down to about $10000.00 but that was with a 6-year deferred interest financing program. Even with no interest, $110000.00 was pretty steep.
