I love my windows, they were spendy but worth it. Had other estimates but quality didn't compare. Installers were nothing short of perfection, not a speck of sawdust left behind. Took care of my property as it was their was .My hat's off to them all!!
We had new windows installed in our house last week, just before the 100 degree weather hit in Portland. What a huge difference! The temperature used to climb and fall like crazy and now it really has evened out. We have a house built in 1900 and the look of these windows really kept with the charm of the originals. The crew of Brandon, Mic, and Bryan were professional and did amazing work. We were well taken care of the entire process.
This was a big purchase for us and we were a bit nervous about replacing every window in our 1970's 3-story townhouse. Once the salesperson came out, we measured and talked about what we wanted and he made some great suggestions. About a month later our custom windows arrived and they scheduled the installation over two days. The 3 person install crew was amazing. A friend posted a note about the weather and travel notes, I responded with a note that we were getting some flakes out here in Damascus. Then I added the following - Our window guys are here today, the last window is going to be done today!! And it is a picture window in the living room, about 9 feet wide by 6 feet high.
