We replaced every window in our home. Window quality is exceptional, and their guarantee is the best in the business. You get what you pay for! The installation crew was top notch...punctual, fastidious, and very professional. All furniture and flooring were covered and well taken care of. Installation was done 4 weeks before the estimated date given when the order was placed. Installation was completed on schedule. Looks great both inside and out. Many positive comments from our neighbors. Pointed out every where they nicked the existing paint and at the end of the job touched up the paint very carefully. Notified us by phone when the installers were going to be late arriving. Installers and painter far exceeded our expectations for safety, quality and cleanliness. Firstly, we were impressed with our sales rep Jennifer, who kept us informed throughout the process. The Installers Ryan & Toby started on the Monday of our project. Erik joined the crew on the last day. The installation process was explained and they got to work. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Ryan and Toby. These are some of the nicest people you will ever deal with. From Rosie, who schedules the work, to Steven and Jonathan who came out to do the work, incredibly thoughtful and respectful. Really enjoyed Steven sense of humor and easiness. Jonathan was on top of making sure everything was left clean. Others who helped where Hunter, Greg and Manny, each helpful and efficient. 10 years ago I replaced all the windows in my house with Andersen windows with the exception of a bathroom window. I love Andersen windows. They are well made, they are durable, and good looking. Visitors comment on them from time to time. This year, 2020, I replaced my fixed bathroom window with an Andersen window that opened. It was a big improvement over my previous window. We are 100% satisfied with our new windows. The crew of Ismael, Jose, Ivan and Robart were efficient, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product and the process. They built scaffolding to put in a very large window 35 feet above the ground and did so with confidence and skill. They covered our furniture and floors to protect all areas indoors. I can't say enough great things about Steven Nixon and Jonathan Hanes, our install crew. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently and 5 hours later, we had a new patio door. The crew that came was polite, respectful of our home and cleaned up after they were done. We have had what I can only describe as white glove service from start to finish. When Ryan came out to do our initial consultation during COVID-19 he was respectful of our home and time. We looked a several products before deciding to go with Renewal by Anderson. We were given an installation date which did not change.
