The entire process from start to finish has been excellent! From the first visit by the RbA sales rep to the final small fix to one of our windows, the service has been top notch! We are completely satisfied with our decision to replace our windows with Renewal by Andersen. When the windows actually went in - we found the quality to greatly exceed our expectations. We had several windows replaced with Anderson product back in January 2019. Since then, we've had a couple of what I would consider normal issues with them that required a service response. This past week, one of the latch handles came off and another became loose. The service person, Gerry, arrived on time and with an upbeat, service-orientated demeanor. I needed a replacement sash since the glass was broken in mine from a golf ball! The service I got from Andersen was very efficient. The person who came out was called Fernando Villeges - he was polite, and had the job done in no time flat. He also repaired a handle on another window while he was there.
These workers were amazing. Ryan, Marco, Jonathan, Javier and Juan made and installed three heavy windows in our second story in record time. They were precise and careful and neat. They performed this task perfectly and although it looked dangerous, they did not flinch. They took no time off and left not a crumb of dust. They were wonderful!!

After 4 yours of installing our windows and doors, they look like brand new!. But with the daily use the door screen had one minor detail and one window needed a small repair. Mario came and checked all windows and doors, and some days later Gerardo (Serv. Tech) came and did a great job, exceeded my expectations, and all for FREE! This company is the BEST by far. What a service!

We just had our fourth window replaced by renewal by Andersen. The lead installer's name is Cristian Flores and his helper Victor. Cristian is extremely knowledgeable and excellent in his craft. They did a superb job together. Our new replacement windows look beautiful, and they work Really well. Renewal by Andersen service group (Mario and Victor) did a great job of replacing an old multi-point lock on my French doors that were installed in 1989. I tried various locksmiths without success and then went back to the manufacturer, Andersen, who procured the correct lockset and sent out a qualified technician (Victor) who had it installed in one hour and cleaned up leaving everything better than when he arrived. First let me say that the work that was done was very good. Gerry was the service tech and he did an excellent job and cleaned up well. My problem was that I had some windows that had lost their ability to seal, so that moisture got in between the panes. It took several months to get to the point of ordering the windows due to a change in rep companies. I called the corporate office several times to no avail.
