I couldn't be happier with our Renewal by ******** windows, both with regards to the service as the windows themselves. Recently, we had an issue with a couple windows causing hot spots in my backyard. During the rare hot days the afternoon sun would reflect off the windows and heat up the artificial turf, causing some of the turf to melt slightly. On time and repaired the top widow latch. Also right side of top window was not in the track, ***** readjusted position & showed me how to fold the windows to do cleaning.
