****, the *second* tech that came to fix the remaining issues we had (which were multiple) was great. Came in and did what was needed, was quick and professional. While we're not sold on ******** as a whole, given the issues we've dealt with (not to mention given their pricing), **** himself represented the company very well.

Their **** ****************************** was thorough, was an active listener and, without pressure, shared his recommendations. We chose to do windows first and, so impressed with the installation team and product, called him back for the sliding downstairs door as well as new kitchen door out onto our deck. 6 years ago had to have a picture window replaced. It dragged on for 6 months. They lost the order, the wrong size was delivered, the next delivery was broken. Had a leak last month. The 2 guys were so nice. have been here 3 times to help with this leak. They have gone above and beyond. And still will come after this next series of storms. Problem is roof and window having a gap. They put pitch down and will be back.

I was so impressed with Renewal by Andersen on recent warranty work completed for my client in Mountain View. Their warranty had just expired about 1 month prior over the holidays (******** Law of course!), but the technician who conducted the video visit to confirm the issues (I think his name started with a "B") offered to resolve our claim as a one-time courtesy, which was *greatly* appreciated. Easy to get an appointment and the technician (Sofi? I didnt quite catch his name) called and told me he would be arriving in about 30 minutes. Arrived in time, put bootie coverings on his shoes and fixed my broken lever within minutes. He was polite, efficient and got the job done. Well done, Renewal!

As noted in my text, your technician was timely, professional, and polite. He was patient, allowing me the time to articulate the issue with the door. Similary, he was quite patient with me, explaining the "fix" and ensuring that should any problems re-surface, he (Andersen) was a simple phone call.I believe the gentleman's name was *****...... **** **********************************, ** Re: 1.24.24 visit
