Wow!!! The guys were Great. They cleaned the area before and after they removed and replaced the whole window assembly. The worked calmly and efficiently. The window looks great and the slider works perfectly as before. Thanks. ******

They (******, ****, etc.etc.) were EXCELLANT!!! From start to finish in every detail. Our infamous ********** was not competent or timely in approval of our project under the old administration even though they RA have truly performed any number of jobs in our *********** Looking at this astonishing team I held my breath when they removed the old (****) original nine glass panels in front WITHOUT breaking the glass which would have been a dangerous situation when we take our cats outside on a leash for a walk and/or a feral ... read more

The service techs from Andersen were friendly, courteous, professional, on time, & followed covid health guidelines by masking & wearing booties over their shoes in the house. They were able to resolve the water retention issue in the track that holds the window screen on my window. They returned on a 2nd day to seal the top of the track to prevent any more water from entering & staying inside the window track. Also did the same process on a 2nd window as preventative maintenance. Thank you for going the extra mile!
