The warehouse lost one of our sliding glass doors and it wasn't installed until several months after the rest of our project was completed. Even then, the door was missing hardware. Our Installation Manager promised us a "significant" refund. After months of trying to get an update, they finally told as they were authorized to give us an amount that represented 0.5% of the cost of our total project or 2% of the door in question (i.e., NOT significant). I wish I could give them a higher rating, but they took no care for the project once we paid for it. We had one request - they they save the 80 year old bronze hardware on the door (worth between 600 and **** last glance at Etsy) and they promised me twice they noted it. We planned to use the hardware on another project. The day of the installation, they carted the door and hardware away and then told us they disposed of it immediately and couldnt get it back.
