I would never order again, their production time is so slow. I could travel around the world waiting for my doors, so no, I would not use them for that reason.

Do not believe the commercials or advertisements. They DO NOT stand behind their products. They DO NOT take responsibility for a poorly performing product. I have had issues with my screen doors and having to replace the rollers every couple of months. When I asked them if I could get new screen doors (I am willing to pay for them) I was told by Oleg they don't do replacement parts and I would have to replace the whole door. It's a $12,000 door. A nightmare project from start to finish. They were expensive which I mistakenly thought meant quality and service. Communication and project management during the project was non-existent. In one instance they plasticed off a section of my living/dining room and then left for the holiday. Blocked it off on 12-15 with not explanation and did not come back or communicate until 1-5. Please pay attention to what I have to say about this company. First off notice they are on TV with ad's all the time. They drive you crazy. If you are looking for reviews from them all you will see is 4 and 5 stars. That is from them and not an accurate account. If you are here on Yelp look at all the one'e and two's. Review is for customer service on the phone..they have not done any work for me so cannot comment on that. Had upcoming appointment for consultation this week. Rep on the phone wanted to make sure I could set aside 90 min for the consultation. I told her I can do an hour but not 90 as I am working for home. Not at all pleased with their sales approach. 16 windows, started at $80,000, but in a matter of ten minutes down to $50,000, and could go lower if I signed right now. Horrible sales tactic. It was not the salesman's fault, this is the training. I understand they make a quality product, but just give me the price and stop playing games.
