Renewal by Andersen service group (Mario and Victor) did a great job of replacing an old multi-point lock on my French doors that were installed in 1989. I tried various locksmiths without success and then went back to the manufacturer, Andersen, who procured the correct lockset and sent out a qualified technician (Victor) who had it installed in one hour and cleaned up leaving everything better than when he arrived. All at a reasonable price Thank you Renewal by Andersen, Steven Wilson

First let me say that the work that was done was very good. Gerry was the service tech and he did an excellent job and cleaned up well. My problem was that I had some windows that had lost their ability to seal, so that moisture got in between the panes. It took several months to get to the point of ordering the windows due to a change in rep companies. I called the corporate office several times to no avail. After my husband and I decided to replace all of the windows and doors in our almost 30-year old home, he took the time to research many window companies in San Diego. This was going to be a large investment and a very involved project. We met with Michael Johnson, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. I do not recommend using this company. After weeks of waiting for the door, it finally gets installed but they did not complete the job. They have cashed my check but guess what,..........no one answers their phone (858) 377-9236. On hold and then they will call back. No return phone call. Tried again, some scenario. It is the middle of the day on Wednesday and maybe the employees all went home? No idea, just not the reputable company that I thought they were. Even tried emailing this a.m., no response.

I scheduled two appointments with this company. First Appointment: No one showed. I did notice that I missed a call from them the day prior. I assumed I missed confirming the appointment and decided to reschedule since we were still interested. Second Appointment: No one showed. I watched carefully for a call but received a text instead. I had a very disappointing experience with Renewal by Andersen, and it had nothing to do with the installation crew themselves. The installation crew was a complete no-call, no-show. I waited with no communication and eventually had to call in myself just to find out what was going on. Only then was I told they would be 1.5 hours late. I asked if there was any consideration or discount due to the lack of communication and poor customer service. One year later, my mail box is still full of their crap. Renewal by Anderson, you are f'ing annoying. Outrageously overpriced. I will NEVER EVER do business with you or recommend you. F the F off!
