I have 2 properties in the Bay Area and one in Southern California. This review is in regards to the san Diego location. highly overrated and an unnecessarily high cost for the product. if you live in a hurricane prone area, maybe then these windows would be worth it. I found these are overkill and way overpriced. you will be paying an exorbitant price for something you can get elsewhere for much less. Do not give them your information! They have called me 57 times (literally) even though I've told them I'm not interested. They call from different phone numbers so that if you block one they can keep trying. If they have to be this pushy with their advertising they must not have a great business. The amount of harassment I've gotten from them makes me never want to give them my money. Be careful about inquiring!

I do not know what is wrong with this company. I am not interested in breaking stucco and having stucco repairs. I told them this over and over again. I finally just cancelled my appointment. They kept passing me back and forth between Renewal by Andersen and Andersen. The question was simple, either you do retrofit windows or you don't.

After care was atrocious. Sales and installation was fine, but we had numerous problems after install. Most all took up to year to resolve. Would never use again

I just purchased doors and windows 1.5 weeks ago. So I don't know about the product yet but already I am finding inconsistencies in the sales pitch. He said they use in house financing. No, they use Greensky loans. He said up front, they need 50%, but no, they collected 68%. He said they don't use sub contractors, I have reason to think they do. Do not give them your email address. I have tried dozens of times to unsubscribe and not only do they NOT drop me off their list, each time I request to unsubscribe I get several more unsolicited email messages from new and unwanted sources

Business owner replied to my initial review of really poor customer service so I called the number provided and to my surprise - absolutely no help. I was called back by someone who had no idea how to help (all I needed was an estimate) and somehow I've just invested more time in trying to buy tens of thousands of dollars of windows and I'm getting callbacks from people "back of house with no connection to sales". Really disappointed, frustrated, would not recommend.
