My tenant paid its June 2024 rent on 6/1/2024. As of date, renters warehouse is yet to remit the portion of the paid rent that belongs to the landlord. I have sent 2 separate emails on 2 different occasions to the company without any response. At a point, I am beginning to wonder if renters warehouse has vanished into thin air or stopped operations. They don’t value your time. I’m very disappointed with this company. I had a tour scheduled for an apartment and ended up having over two hours of my time wasted. I got to the apartment a couple minutes early, and ended up waiting for an additional 40 minutes (attempting to call and email the company to get more information on why no one was there to help). they misrepresented my sale. Listed it improperly. When I went to closing I had to pay extra $2000.00 to the agent that was not disclosed prior. They offered no resolution or help. There is no place to leave reviews on their website. Overall TERRIBLE selling experience, would not recommend to ANYONE!

Rouselle was great and deserves a 5 star review. HOWEVER, in working with Renters Warehouse (RW) for 1.5 years, this has been the first and only great service that I received from the RW client/maitenance service department. I like my property manager(s). And have been candid with them that though I like working with them I will not be renewing business with RW as their outsourced client/maintenance services are horrific. The first red flag was that the homeowner was monitoring the "showing," alongside Bob F. Furthermore, the home was overrun by MANY people during timeframe Bob implied a private viewing. About a week later, Bob called us and said that the homeowner wanted us there. Faithfully rented a house from renterswarehouse for 6 years. They told us they were raising the rent 200 a month and and that we must sign an annual lease or get out. We got out and left the house in better condition. a month later we got our deposits back of just $117 from Shannon ****. They falsly charged us for replacement of a window that was previously cracked, replacement of a bedroom carpet that was 40 years old and ignored our pet deposits for which our two small dogs did NO damage!

These are false reviews. I would request phone numbers and contact information for real people with real experiences. I am an Owner. If i could have left a negative score i would have! Terrible terrible terrible customer service when it comes to tenants. Signed a 36month least. Moved in and the entire house needed a fresh coat of paint. The owner would only authorize someone to come in and spot pain the house for us and now that we have moved out we got charged for having to paint.
