The agent person who helped me was ok. Not sure if that’s just the way he carry himself but I gotta say his customer service sucks though LoL. We say hi and was being very friendly, his face expressions was just straight the whole time. We say hi, he don’t. When I sign the agreement , it doesn’t state that I agree to the house looking as it is. When I finally move into the house, carpet were not cleaned, almost every walls thru the house have scratches. I would give 0 stars if I could. This company has been absolutely terrible. My AC broke in July in Phoenix Arizona where the outside temperature is about 116. The inside temperature of my house is 99 degrees. Renters warehouse has been sitting on this issue for 5 days now. They said on day 2 that they would bring portable AC units to help with the heat. It is now day 5 and there has been nothing. My roommates and I have had to call about 20 times each to be met with people who are unwilling to help. They just keep transferri... read more

They took payment for an application on an already rented property. Shame on you.

Each rental property will continue to be shown and accept applications until an applicant has been approved and hold funds have been submitted. Each individual homeowner determines whether or not to accept an applicant, this is not a decision made by Renters Warehouse. Applications are reviewed in order of receipt/completion. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ever since Renters Warehouse took over my lease I have had an issue every single month. I have had zero contact back from the company on resolving any of my issues. My personal account manager has never once emailed me back or shown up to handle any situation. Josh, Jaquie, Melissa have never once actually resolved any of my issues after my property was broken into while I was away. Mailbox was rekeyed and never got notice or a new key. I moved into **** ******* ***** ***** **. That was the worst housing decision I ever made. After 30+ years moving with the Army I had many. I have limited characters. Here's the short version.Move in Nov 1, 2021. Was promised a refrigerator at move in. 26 days later got a refrigerator in the kitchen after Thanksgiving.
