Taking advantage of poor people daily .....that's what they do! Charging folks 300-600% of the actual cost of items......like a $200 TV that you end up paying $1500.....what? Highway robbery!

Was behind on a payment and was on my way to store to make it after I cashed my check. Get to the store and was told merchandise was returned. I was like no it was there when I left the house. Turns out the employee circumvented policies on entering premises with no adults home by having the children unhook the equipment and handing it to him outside the door while I was at the bank.

Rent a Center is one of the worst rent to own businesses I ever dealt with
