This place is terrible! They set up in a low income neighborhood and tell people it's one price then they literally DOUBLE the price! And they call you every day and night. They called us 32 Times the first week and we weren't even due to make a payment! Our cost was around $900 and because we didn't buy it outright by the 90 days the purchase price increased to over $1800! Aarons is cheaper and actually works with their customers. Tried to make a payment and it was late. They said they didn't want it wow. Had the money for the late payment and the new payment.
I purchased a computer years ago from Rent a Center and paid 1500.00 for a 498.00 computer. Was never late on my payment, ever. I purchased a dining room table, (damaged) and two of the ugliest purple lamps (but my granddaughter liked them). If you are one day late, you get called at least once if not per day, every day. I always paid on my account, even though it might have been late, I ALWAYS PAID IT including a late payment. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We bought a laptop from here right before Christmas. We didn't have it a week when the battery died and the laptop wouldn't turn on. Got it "fixed," then it died again. Then again. It's been in the repair shop more than it's been in our hands. Do yourself a favor and just go to Best Buy, and get something that isn't garbage.
