dont fall for their coupons they give you, they told me i can use it on anything in the store, so i went there and nope, they lied. i have to make payments on something to use the coupons, i had a copun worth $200, i found me something for less than that and they wouldnt let me have it, i had to get something to make payments on.. dont fall for their bs and lies

My bill was due on Saturday, I called and called on Saturday, no ome answered. I callee Monday to complain about my dyer, and to pay my bill. Well, the person I talked to, said it wasn't their responsibly to answer the phone. Really, I told them to come get it and also went to a district manager.

The worst place ever. Never go there. they think everybody less then them. But someone will eventually show them a lesson. You never know when you got the wrong one. SMH

Went in Tuesday to pay off a laptop and the employees were pleasant and helpful. My wife found a couch She really liked and the saleman conviced us to buy it. Delivery was set for this evening(thursday) between 6-8. I took the time to move everything out of the way so when they came it would be quick and easy. Guess what, THEY NEVER SHOWED! no courtesy call no nothing. Called at 8:01, no answer of course. My time is valuable and the lack of respect for a customer really irritates me. Not sure I'll buy anything there again

Manager Bobby is rude and unreliable, and runs the store poorly. They broke m couch bringing it into my house, aid they'd fix it in a matter of a few days, five weeks later still nothing. Told them to come get it, now I can't get them to. Go anywhere else. I went to Conn's in rivergate, lower prices, better furniture, and better employees.
