They were late delivering my bed didn't have the common courtesy to call me and tell me they would be late I waited all day long and then on top of that they delivered the wrong parts when I asked to talk to the manager it took him forever to get back to me and was no more help than the sales clerk
If I could rate this a zero (0), I would. If you can avoid renting from this Rent A Center, by all means do so. They're so rude, etc. We wanted to rent a dinnet set from them. We told them exactly what we wanted. Instead, they delivered another one. When they brought the chairs in, I told the delivery people to immediately take it back, that it wasn't what we wanted (& ordered). This location has the worst customer service I have ever seen in the 20 years of being a rent a center customer. The customer service was so bad that I canceled my $7000 contract and got a better deal at another store
Been renting for awhile from this location but seems fishy when i was told a payment of 116 is due and u give 100 and then all of a sudden 80 more dollars is due. Something aint right and if i find out someone is not posting my payment all hell is gonna break loose. Fixing to goto aarons or Fitzpatrick very unhappy with this place
Rudest manager ever, this man said that i didnt get paid by paper check working for convergys because one of his workers used to work there. Last time i checked you dont make my money or receive my checks. Plus, sorry my payment wasnt in on this saturday when i told a worker my check was stolen and i wouldn't have a replacement until 3-5 days. So thank you prick, I'll be sure to let them know how rude and ugly you guys are.
The assistant manager was very rude and practically accused us of stealing a TV and they have surveillance in the store. His name is Martin. He didn't even apologize until I said something and had an attitude still. Why would I steal the same thing I'm trying to rent?? I still rented and still the next day waited patiently and still no TV. So I called because I had to leave and so they rescheduled for the next day.
