Overall it keeps the landlord side as streamlined as possible. Tax preparation is easier with them as well. Sometimes it is a bit "taxing" to get adequate communication through to the tenants, however overall their customer service it great. As a middleman between landlord and tenant it fits the bill well and their lease agreements are very well worded.
