Rocelyn Ugbos did an excellent job of handling an accounting problem with this month's owner disbursement of funds. She listened to my explanation of what may happened, shared it with the accounting department. After they reviewed my ledger, Accounting confirmed what had happened and that the remaining owner funds would be released in a couple of business days.
Claire was very helpful and professional. I felt comfortable speaking with Claire about the situation and the issue was properly resolved.
