Bob was very helpful throughout the whole process. He got back to me quickly whenever I had any questions.
I worked with Zac M to secure a rental property and had a great experience. I've rented from other rental property management companies and had a terrible experience, so I was a little sceptical about using one again. But Zac was very personal and great at answering any questions I had promptly. I appreciated the use of pictures and videos to assess the property's condition before moving into it. Any existing minor damage was sufficiently documented to ensure I won't be held responsible for it.

I received a notice from RW about my lease. I called to clarify information and spoke with Claire R and she was very pleasant and took the time to explain things and contact other departments to get back with me for information she could not provide.
