Nicolas V has been helping me with my properties for a while now. He is very approachable and responses quickly. His research is always on the target regarding achievable rents and is usually able to find us good renters within the first two weeks which is very reliable. I have reached out to him time and again about questions and he will answer them for me and always ready to help. I have recommended him to all my friends and will gladly continue to do so in the future.
