Teo things: 1). I spoke with Claire today in regards to a doublicate trash acct that the owner needs to cancel. 2).And I reported (x3) about my concern about the yard poor condition when I moved in to rent here. Claire said she will do research on my 2 past reports and reach out to them and then email me back. My concern is this doesn't fall back onto me. If Claire completes these couple of tasks then I would say she deserves her stars.
