This week, Pamela Angulo gave me proof that she and her team at Renter's Warehouse are a LOT better at managing rental properties than me and my family ever were. Michael Smith Did our showing and helped get us approved. We looked at a property a couple months before. It didn’t work out due to our move in date. We stayed persistent in a crazy rental market. Houses go quick. We reached out to Michael closer to our move in date and shortly after got approved for the rental we liked. It all worked out in the end. We are very appreciative of the help through it all. He stayed on top of all the important info we needed to be successful in a crazy renting market. Thank you!!!

I would recommend staying far far away renting from anywhere with this company. When I decided to move somewhere else they charged me a large fee to have my name taken off the lease. Customer communication is God awful, if you submit any kind of case they'll email you once but if you miss it they'll close your case and never contact you again, no follow-up email it even a phone call!!! One of the absolute worst experiences of my life was dealing with these people.
